The Office and
Industrial Advisory Boards have updated the Market and Submarket
maps for their respective property types.
You can access
the new maps after you log into the system by using the pull
down menu "MY CDX" at the top of the home screen, and
selecting "View Market Maps".We suggest that you print them
out and keep them available while accessing the system.
We will be
updating the Office & Industrial commercial properties
affected by this change on the evening of Thursday,
August 25th. The remaining property types will
not be affected by this change.
Currently the
Office and Industrial Advisory Boards are working on the valuation
phase of the data; discussing which buildings are statistically
relevant. Each time they meet, they "fly around on Google
Earth" making sure properties have the correct information
including: market and submarket, specific use, correct building
size and property class.
